Rules & Regulations

• Each Institute will be represented by one speaker.
• Medium of expression will be Hindi or English.
• Each speaker has to speak minimum 4 minutes and maximum 5 minutes for the Zonal Festival.
• Subject/ Topic of Elocution will be announced in the managers’ meeting.
• The performance will be judged in one language.
•  The item shall be prose or poetry and not song.
• Reading from paper/any other source is strictly not permissible.
• The sequence of speakers will be decided by a draw of lots.
