It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you to Darwin Memorial Degree College, Kudumulugumma, a premier institution committed to providing quality higher education in the educationally backward tribal region of Malkangiri district, Odisha. Our college was established with the noble objective of empowering the downtrodden and underprivileged tribal communities through higher education.
