Message of the Chairman, PG Council

I consider it as a great honour and privilege to be part of the University as Chairman, Post Graduate Council. As the academic head of the Post Graduate departments, I deem it an opportunity to contribute towards the academic enrichment of the institution.

Our university is committed to provide an intellectually stimulating environment that fosters the holistic development of the teachers, research scholars and students. Ours is a vibrant community, and the contributions of all the stakeholders can play a vital role in shaping the academic landscape of the state.
I extend my deepest appreciation to our esteemed faculty members for their unwavering commitment, dedication and active involvement in the smooth execution of the academic programmes. Their contribution towards maintaining discipline, mentoring and being a source of inspiration to the students nurturing critical thinking, creativity, and passion for lifelong learning is commendable.

My role has been to support all curricular and extra-curricular activities and to facilitate an atmosphere of positivity, curiosity and innovation. The aspirations and achievements of the students are at the heart of our university’s success. Therefore, I would encourage the students to actively engage themselves with their studies, participate in extracurricular activities, and make the most of the resources available to them in the campus for their holistic development. I am confident that the students of this university wherever they are placed after their studies will leave an indelible mark on the society.

Everything may not be so smooth for any organization, there will be problems, resource constraints and challenges but we can work together to overcome those and transform them into opportunities in order to improve and emerge stronger day-by-day.
