Dr. Choudhury joined the University services as a FWI in 2011 and subsequently joined the post of Assistant Professor in the year 2016. She has a teaching experience of more than 10 years. Her research interest lies in the area of Human Resources Management, Human Resource Development, Organisational Behaviour and Organisational Development. She has participated in more than fifteen National and International Conferences, Seminars and Workshops. She has contributed a number of articles in many reputed academic journals.
