Dr. Laxman Kumar Murmu obtained his M.Sc. and M.Phil. from Utkal University and Doctoral degree in Zoology from Berhampur University. ...

He briefly served as Junior Lecturer at Government women’s College, Keonjhar, for one year and three months before joining Berhampur University. He has been working as Assistant Professor in the P.G. Department of Zoology since 2012. His research interest includes Parasitology, Systematics and Ecology.
