Dr. L R Patro completed his LL.M and received his Ph D degree from Berhampur University based on his doctoral thesis titled "Study of the legal implications of patents regime on public health" ....
He was appointed as Guest Faculty at Lingaraj Law College, Berhampur a constituent college of Berhampur University in the year 2007 .He has participated at the ” Workshop on Bail Practice and procedure”�� at WISDOM institute, Berhampur. He contributed in a number of research projects and publications in addition to teaching. He has devoted himself to scholastic research and published a number of outstanding papers in different academic journals.
