Narayan Sahoo is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronic Science, Berhampur University since 2018. He obtained his M. Tech and Ph.D. from Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University and Berhampur University in 2011 and 2016 respectively. He secured 1st class 1st position in M.Sc. He qualified national level entrance UGC NET (Lectureship) in 2013. He is recipient of INSPIRE Fellowship (JRF & SRF) by Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India from 2011-2016 and National Post Doctoral Fellowship (NPDF) by Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), Govt. of India from 2016-2018. He has published 16 journal papers of international repute, 12 full paper international conference proceedings and attained 20 short term courses and presented conference papers in different prestigious institute in India. His research area include exploring and simulating new low dimensional quantum well structures and to analyse the transport and optical properties which will helpful for future nano-electronic devices.
