Completed his M.A, LLB,Ph.D & D.Litt from Berhampur University and also qualified UGC-NET during 1998 . His research interest lies in the area of Labour Laws,Social Security, Labour Administration & Labour Welfare. He has participated in more than 50 National and International Conferences, Seminars and Workshops. He has contributed a number of articles in many reputed academic journals.
