The University has set up two shopping centers namely “Deepa Market” and “Anand Bazaar” in the year 1982 and 2010 respectively. This had aimed at providing the basic needs of students, campus dwellers and others. It also helps the visiting persons and people living in nearby villages. Cyber Cafe, Photocopy Centre and Medicine store fulfill the necessary requirement of the residents of the University campus.

As the Berhampur University campus is located at a distance of 12 km from the main city, the University has its own shopping complexes for the campus dwellers – students, employees, teachers to meet their daily needs. The shopping complex houses daily provision store, medicine store, hotel and snack hubs, internet and photocopy facility centres, and vegetable, fish & meat stalls.
